These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from and use of this website. The seller is Sovi Couture Inc. ("Sovi Couture," "we," "us"), 91 Windsor Gate Dr., North Hills, NY 11040, United States. Questions about an order or these terms may be sent to info@sovicouture.com.
2. Orders, prices & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or a price, product, or website error is identified. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; bank-transfer orders ship only after cleared payment.
3. Products & availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and images accurately. Color may vary with the device or display used. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
4. Shipping & international orders
Our current dispatch, delivery, tracking, return, and refund information is set out in our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. We will meet the dispatch time we state. If we cannot, we will notify you, provide a revised date, and give you the option to cancel for a prompt refund.
For deliveries outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any customs-clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.
